site indicated above.

Should we collect that they were proved to be illegal?

And, BTW, *who* is requesting the removal? Is it IBM that is joining in

NOONE else but IBM can do ANYTHING.
If it turns out to be illegal (that needs court!) only the rightfull owner or
the legal system can start a process.

Sorry, but you cannot sue my since you think I stole your neighburs car.

If they removed the files by being asked by someone other than IBM they
may very well have comitted a crime themselves...
