mkmsgf - comming soon.
msg2txt (named demsgf) - already done, but not published yet. Supports all known
msg features.
msg.dll - planned to be written after fpc 1.2 released
ipfc - partally done syntax analyzer. Most of info available.
inf2tipf - not planned, but can be written, if required (based on newview
soures).

will have most of required tools. I think rc sources can be found in the net,
probably, winerc can be

I played around with AtheOS some time ago, and I enjoyed it quite much.
It has several things that would make it a good starting point for an
OS/2 clone, and I advocated such a clone for some time.
The point is that it also lacks many important things. At one point it
seemed the author was developing it steadily and quickly, fixing bugs
and filling holes, but this is not true anymore. It's been almost a year
since the author wrote code for Athoes, and the project (from author's
own words) is basically dead.
BTW, it could be good to borrow something. Is already has a windowing
system that is NOT based on XFree... maybe it could be a good starting
point for FreePM (but don't really know... maybe it's just rubbish).
Another thing is that it has a device-driver model that let you
load/unload device driver at run time, without having to shut down. But
I think we should (at least initially) stick with OS/2's DD model, since
OS/2 already covers a huge quantity of devices (the second OS after M$'s).
One thing that could really be nice: AtheOS File System is journalled,
it supports EAs (NOT limited to 64Kb), and it already has support for
notifying the kernel about FS changes (a feature used in OS/2 to notify
the WPS when it has to refresh a folder view).

I was a little suspicious and ambrihensive about this
site (eros is also a Greek word from which we get the
word erotic). I am glad it has nothing to do with that
